Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, abusive, or spam activity.
- Respect WhatsApp and carrier policies; obtain necessary consents.
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Payments
Paid plans are billed per the pricing page and any applicable partner fees (e.g., Meta/360 Dialog).
Service Levels
We aim for high availability; specific SLAs may apply to Enterprise agreements.
Data & Privacy
Use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate for violations or unpaid fees. You may terminate by closing your account.
Disclaimer
SAYLO is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law; we disclaim implied warranties.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and capped to amounts paid in the preceding period.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-product or via email.
